I’m Alina Salisbury, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges and my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary, and I’ve had the privilege of working in the therapy field for 7 years.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in a blend of evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Restoration Therapy. I also offer Christian therapy for those seeking a faith-based approach to their healing journey. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relational issues, or deeper personal pain, my goal is to provide a safe, empathetic space where we can explore your unique story and work toward healing.
As an adopted person from Latvia, I deeply understand the power of identity, belonging, and personal growth. My own experiences have shaped my compassionate approach to therapy and have helped me cultivate a genuine, authentic connection with my clients. I am committed to being present with you, offering support, and walking alongside you as you discover your strength, heal from past wounds, and find hope for the future.
In our sessions, I aim to foster a warm and safe environment where you can feel heard and understood. I believe in the transformative power of authentic connection, and I’m here to guide you toward emotional and relational healing. It’s an honor to walk with you on your journey, and I’m excited to see the growth and healing that lies ahead.
Feel free to reach out to schedule a consultation or ask any questions. I look forward to connecting with you!
